Description of Service
- Nirix provides tools for workout creation, set tracking, exercise guides, nutrition logging, and progress
statistics.
- We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time to enhance service quality.
User Account & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities conducted under your personal account.
Acceptable Use
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with Nirix software or API endpoints.
- You agree not to use Nirix for any unlawful or unauthorized activity.
Intellectual Property
- All Nirix application designs, logos, UI assets, and codebase are protected under intellectual property
laws.
Limitation of Liability
- Nirix and its developers shall not be liable for any physical injuries, health complications, or indirect
damages resulting from app usage or workouts performed.
